What is Verity about?
The story follows struggling writer Lowen Ashleigh, played by Dakota Johnson, who moves to the remote home of bestselling author Verity Crawford, played by Anne Hathaway, to ghostwrite on her behalf. After Lowen discovers what appear to be disturbing autobiographical notes, the boundaries between fiction, confession, manipulation and attraction begin to blur.
