What Is The Producers About?
Down-on-his-luck Broadway producer Max Bialystock and nervous accountant Leo Bloom discover they could make more money from a flop than a hit. Their plan is to raise far too much investment, stage the worst musical imaginable and keep the difference when it closes — but their deliberately disastrous show refuses to behave as expected.
This production transferred to the West End after a sold-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory.
