Not every Disney story needs a hero. Sometimes the villains have the better costumes, the sharper lines and the more interesting stories. This is Clarissa’s Corner’s home for Disney Villains experiences, theatre, books and collectables across the UK — with a darker-pop-culture twist rather than another endless shop window.
Book spotlight: Malevolent Souls by Delilah S. Dawson reimagines Maleficent’s beginnings as a dark YA story. I’ve not read it yet, so this is a look at the premise rather than a personal review. Jump to the book, images and buying information.
Disney Villains Experiences and Days Out
Start with our Disney Villains Afternoon Tea London guide. It covers the announced October 2026 Villains twist at Park Corner Brasserie, London Hilton on Park Lane, including official booking information, listed prices and what is still awaiting confirmation. Keep checking the venue’s booking page: the general Disney afternoon tea and the Villains-specific experience should not be assumed to be identical on every date.
We’ll add other UK experiences only when their details, location and booking route are confirmed, so you can plan a real day out rather than click through rumours.
Disney Villains on Stage: Hades, Ursula and Beyond
Hades and Disney’s Hercules
Hades is proof that the villain can steal a scene. For the theatre connection, read our Disney’s Hercules London guide for the show’s own confirmed run and ticket information. Check that guide for the latest dates rather than assuming every past production remains bookable.
Ursula, Unfortunate and Sea Witch
There is more to an Ursula-inspired evening than one film. Our Sea Witch musical coverage explores another sea-witch story on stage. Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula is another stage take on the sea witch; its past run is not currently bookable.
Disney Villains Books: Maleficent and Dark Retellings
For readers who enjoy Disney’s darker characters, here is a closer look at Malevolent Souls, a Maleficent origin story. This is a book spotlight based on its published premise, not a review: I haven’t read it yet. It’s distinct from Disney’s Twisted Tales series.
Malevolent Souls — Delilah S. Dawson
Disney Villains meets Gothic YA horror. Before Maleficent becomes the mistress of dark magic, she’s a teenager desperate to prove herself. When she is denied the wings and magical future she expected, she joins four other teenagers on a journey beyond their town. A mysterious castle offers them shelter, then traps them inside as shadows, suspicion and fear take hold.
This is a Maleficent origin story with a haunted-house twist, rather than a book in the Disney Twisted Tales series.

Amazon UK: from £15.13 (price noted 23 October 2026, not a live quote; check current price, edition, stock and delivery at checkout). View Malevolent Souls on Amazon. We haven’t verified that this is the cheapest UK retailer, so compare before buying.

Disney Villains Tarot Deck and Guidebook
Maleficent, Ursula, Scar and other Disney villains take over the Major and Minor Arcana in this illustrated 78-card tarot deck by Minerva Siegel, with artwork by Ellie Goldwine and an accompanying guidebook. A suitably wicked gift for Disney collectors and tarot enthusiasts.
UK price comparison (checked 23 October 2026; prices may have changed): Ryefield Books £20.61 (listed in stock); TGJones £23.74; Witch, Please! £24.99. Compare delivery costs and stock before ordering. Check Amazon UK (price not independently verified).

Collect the Villains: Funko Pop!, Loungefly and More
For some people it’s Ursula, for others Maleficent, Cruella, the Evil Queen or Hades. This growing collector’s section covers official Funko figures, character bags and accessories, and giftable pieces rather than filling the page with unverified products.
Clarissa’s Corner has joined Funko’s UK Awin affiliate programme, whose description includes Loungefly products sold as part of the Funko range. Whether purchases on Loungefly’s separate website are eligible for commission still needs confirmation. We add specific shop links only after checking genuine UK availability, the total price including delivery and whether we have permission to reuse the accompanying images.
Our approach is simple: show the best-value legitimate UK option, whether or not it pays commission. Officially licensed products and unofficial fan-made items will be labelled clearly, not mixed up.
Funko Disney Villains Mystery Minis
Each blind box contains one randomly selected Disney Villains vinyl figure, not all twelve. Characters may include Maleficent, Ursula, Captain Hook and the Evil Queen. You cannot choose a specific character.
UK price comparison, 23 October 2026 (before delivery; prices may have changed): Magic Madhouse £5.95; Funko £6.00; HMV £6.99. Amazon showed £8.35 in a screenshot. Check current totals including postage or collection before purchasing.

Disney Villains Gifts on a Budget
For shopping picks, we aim to show clear UK prices, retailer names, delivery costs, availability checks and, where useful, a lower-cost alternative. A bargain isn’t a bargain if postage doubles the total or the seller’s authenticity is unclear.
