The Haunting on Russell Street 2026: Covent Garden Halloween Cocktail Experience

The Haunting on Russell Street Halloween experience in London

Covent Garden is getting a darker makeover this October as The Haunting on Russell Street takes over 9 Russell Street for a month-long adults-only Halloween cocktail experience.

Prefer your Halloween with cocktails rather than chainsaws? The Haunting on Russell Street turns a Covent Garden bar into an adults-only drinking den from 1 October to 1 November, with theatrical horror styling and a menu that gets considerably stranger than a pumpkin-spice anything.

Latest Update

The Haunting arrives in Covent Garden from 1 October to 1 November 2026, transforming the Russell Street venue into an immersive Halloween drinking den filled with candlelight, cobwebs, unsettling sounds and sinister themed cocktails. Bookings are now open.

What Is The Haunting on Russell Street?

This is more than a Halloween-decorated bar. The venue promises an immersive atmosphere with flickering lights, dust sheets, old wax, crows, whispers, static and other eerie sounds. Behind the bar, the team become horror-inspired characters serving cocktails in suitably strange glassware, including skull and raven designs.

The pop-up comes from the team behind the festive Miracle experience, but October swaps Christmas cheer for something considerably creepier.

Halloween Cocktails

The announced menu includes Widow’s Whisper, made with vodka, chocolate, melon, lychee, matcha, yuzu, cardamom, rose and absinthe; Clown Pear-anoia, featuring mezcal, aperitif wine, French bitter, pear, fennel, yoghurt and lemon; and What Lies Beneath, combining aged rum, cognac, spiced ginger and sweet corn milk. More drinks and nibbles are also promised.
