Update — 2 October 2026: Colin Sutton said in September that he would not go ahead with his proposed 2027 theatre-tour involvement after taking up the Norfolk Police and Crime Commissioner role. At the time of this update, promoter Entertainers and Churchill Theatre are still listing The Makings of a Murderer – Double Jeopardy for Bromley on 9 February 2027 with Sutton attached. I’m leaving the event listing here while that discrepancy is clarified, but please check the official booking page before making plans.
Former Detective Chief Inspector Colin Sutton is bringing a new true-crime live show, The Makings of a Murderer – Double Jeopardy, to Churchill Theatre Bromley on 9 February 2027.
What is Double Jeopardy?
Following his Real Manhunter live tour, Sutton returns to the stage to discuss complex murder investigations from his career, the evidence and decisions behind them, and how changes in policing, investigative techniques and forensic science have affected modern murder investigations.
