Clarissa's Corner

Churchill Theatre Bromley is one of my regular South East London theatre stops, and this hub brings all of my Churchill coverage together — what’s on guides, upcoming productions, reviews, family theatre and archive visits.

If you’re planning a visit, start with the latest 2026 guides, then dip into my reviews and show features further down.

A Little History of Churchill Theatre

Churchill Theatre has been part of Bromley’s cultural life since the 1970s. Named after Winston Churchill, the town-centre theatre has welcomed touring drama, musicals, comedy, dance, concerts, family productions and pantomime for generations of local audiences.

For me, it’s also one of those venues where the archive keeps growing. I’ve covered everything here from big touring musicals and plays to family shows and panto, so this page is designed to become a living Churchill Theatre archive as new visits are added.

What’s On at Churchill Theatre Bromley – 2026

The 2026 programme is split into monthly What’s On guides, making it much easier to browse the shows, concerts, family events and touring productions for the month you’re interested in.

Coming Up & Show Guides

Some productions deserve more room than a monthly listing. These individual guides are where you’ll find a closer look at selected family shows, major tours and productions worth having on your radar.

Churchill Theatre Reviews

My Churchill archive covers musicals, plays, family productions, pantomime and touring theatre. The reviews focus on the things I actually want to know when choosing a show — performances, staging, atmosphere, audience experience and whether I’d recommend it.

Planning a Visit

The Churchill Theatre is in Bromley town centre, with Bromley South and Bromley North stations nearby, local bus routes and town-centre parking within walking distance.

If you need wheelchair spaces, step-free access, assisted performances or other access arrangements, check the details for your particular performance with the theatre before booking, as provision can vary by production.

Tickets & Booking

Where there’s a useful booking or affiliate link for a production, you’ll find it clearly marked in the relevant guide. Tickets are also available through Churchill Theatre’s official box office.
