Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park: Family Guide

Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park family guide feature image

Overview

Peppa Pig World is the dedicated Peppa Pig themed area inside Paultons Park in Hampshire. It is included with standard Paultons Park admission and is designed mainly with younger children and families in mind, while the rest of the park gives families plenty more to explore in the same day.

The area combines Peppa-themed rides, indoor and outdoor play, Muddy Puddles water play and character appearances. Peppa and George are currently advertised as appearing daily when the park is open, although times and characters can vary.

Rides & Attractions

Peppa Pig World currently includes nine themed rides:

  • Grampy Rabbit’s Sailing Club
  • Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride
  • George’s Dinosaur Adventure
  • Grandpa Pig’s Little Train
  • Daddy Pig’s Car Ride
  • The Queen’s Flying Coach Ride
  • Windy Castle Ride
  • Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter Flight
  • Grandpa Pig’s Boat Trip

There is also Muddy Puddles water play, Mr Potato’s Adventure Playground and George’s Spaceship Indoor Playzone. Ride and attraction availability can change, so check the Paultons Park app or official website before travelling.

Ride Heights

Many of the Peppa Pig World rides are designed for young children and can be ridden with a responsible accompanying adult where required. One important exception is George’s Dinosaur Adventure, which currently has a minimum height of 0.85m. Children under 1.1m must ride in the front seat with a responsible adult, while children over 1.1m ride alone in the rear seat.

Height, accompaniment and access rules vary between rides, so check the individual ride information before promising a child a particular attraction.

Meet Peppa, George & the Pig Family

Peppa and George are currently advertised as available for hugs, high-fives and photos on park-open days. Paultons also currently promotes opportunities to meet Baby Evie with Mummy and Daddy Pig. Appearance times and characters can vary, with the Paultons Park app giving the most useful on-the-day information.

Tickets & Entry

Peppa Pig World does not require a separate ticket: it is included with Paultons Park admission. The park currently states that children under 1 metre are admitted free, but always check the live ticket page for the date you plan to visit because ticket policies and prices can change.

Check current Peppa Pig World information with Paultons Park.

Peppa’s Early Play & Ride Pass

For families wanting extra Peppa time, Paultons currently offers Peppa’s Early Play & Ride Pass on selected dates. It includes a hosted personal meeting with Peppa and George before the park opens, access to the outdoor adventure playgrounds and 30 minutes of early ride access in Peppa Pig World from 9:30am.

The current schedule asks Early Pass guests to arrive by 8:45am for the character meeting between 9:00am and 9:30am. Places are limited, the pass must be booked in advance and normal park admission is still required.

Short Breaks

Paultons also sells short-break packages combining nearby hotel accommodation with park entry. Packages, hotel choices and inclusions are date-sensitive, so use the live Paultons breaks information rather than relying on an old package price.

Halloween at Paultons Park 2026

The Halloween Spooktacular runs from 9 October to 2 November 2026. Peppa Pig World joins the seasonal fun, and Peppa and George appear in Halloween costumes during the event.

Late-night openings are scheduled for 17, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 29 October 2026. Peppa Pig World closes at 6pm on those late-night dates, so families mainly visiting for Peppa should factor that into their day.

Read our Halloween at Paultons Park 2026 family guide for the full seasonal details.

Christmas at Paultons Park

Paultons also runs a separate Christmas season with festive entertainment, illuminations and seasonal character experiences. We keep Christmas information separate from this evergreen Peppa Pig World guide so changing dates and event details do not make the main page inaccurate.

Accessibility & SEN

Paultons Park has a range of access support, but individual ride requirements still apply. Guests who cannot stand in standard queues may be eligible for the park’s Queue Assist Pass. This must be arranged and booked online in advance using a valid Access Card ID with an applicable symbol; passes cannot normally be issued on the day and daily capacity is limited.

The Queue Assist scheme does not apply to character meet-and-greets, shows, George’s Spaceship Playzone, Peppa Pig’s House or special events. Wheelchair users follow separate ride-access guidance and are advised to visit the Nursing Team on arrival for an accessibility guide and wristband.

Paultons also offers Essential Companion tickets to eligible guests with an Access Card. Accessible toilets are available around the park, and there is a Changing Places-style accessible changing facility near the main entrance with a mobile hoist; guests need to provide their own sling. Baby Care Centres include one in Peppa Pig World.

For families who find queues, crowds or sensory load difficult, it is worth checking the park map, app, ride-access details and Queue Assist arrangements before travelling rather than waiting until arrival.

Practical Family Tips

  • Download the Paultons Park app for current ride, show and character times.
  • Check ride closures and individual height rules before promising a particular ride.
  • Pack a change of clothes if your child is likely to use Muddy Puddles water play.
  • Remember Peppa Pig World is one themed area inside a much larger park, so families with mixed ages can build a broader day around it.
  • Check seasonal operating hours because Peppa Pig World can close before the rest of the park on selected event nights.
  • If you need Queue Assist, complete the access registration and booking before your visit.
