A brand-new horror play is heading for the West End — and this one immediately caught my attention.
Ghost House: A Haunting New Play will tour the UK during 2027 before arriving at London’s Adelphi Theatre on Sunday 2 May 2027.
Blending supernatural horror with psychological thriller, Ghost House follows three best friends whose final stop on a trip around the world takes a distinctly sinister turn.
If you love ghost stories, psychological thrillers and darker theatre, this is definitely one to watch.
Latest Update
Ghost House has confirmed a 2027 UK tour, including a performance at the Adelphi Theatre in London on 2 May 2027 at 7pm.
Tickets for the Adelphi performance are not currently on sale, with more booking information expected soon.
What Is Ghost House About?
The story follows three best friends who have spent months travelling around the world together.
Their final destination is a remote island lodge, where the trip should end with a celebration. Instead, they begin to realise they may not be alone.
As an unseen presence starts making itself known, fear takes hold, relationships begin to fracture and buried secrets come to the surface.
The production is described as a blend of supernatural horror and psychological thriller, making it sound like much more than a traditional haunted-house story.

Why See Ghost House?
Horror on stage has a completely different atmosphere from watching it at home. There is something about sitting in a dark theatre waiting for something to happen that makes every sound feel that little bit more unsettling.
Ghost House also sounds interesting because it combines the supernatural side of the story with a psychological thriller. Three close friends, an isolated setting, secrets, mistrust and something potentially haunting them? That has my attention.
Age Recommendation and Running Time
Ghost House is currently recommended for audiences aged 14+, with parental guidance advised. Some tour venues list an approximate running time of two hours.
Ghost House Tickets
Tickets are available for some venues on the UK tour. The Adelphi Theatre performance on 2 May 2027 is not currently on sale. I’ll update this page when London ticket information is announced.
