Uncanny: Fear of the Dark brought Danny Robins’ paranormal world to theatres across the UK and Ireland in 2025–26 — and now the sold-out live show is getting a worldwide livestream in September 2026.
Latest Update: Fear of the Dark Livestream
The stage show will be livestreamed worldwide on Friday 25 September 2026 at 7:30pm. The performance was filmed at Soho Theatre Walthamstow, and ticket holders will also have access to the recording for 24 hours after the initial broadcast.
The livestream gives people who missed the theatre tour — or simply fancy doing the whole Team Believer vs Team Sceptic thing from the sofa — another way to experience the show.
What Is Uncanny: Fear of the Dark?
Fear of the Dark is the second major live show based on Danny Robins’ Uncanny podcast and TV world. Rather than simply recording a podcast onstage, the production uses storytelling, sound, video projection and theatrical effects to investigate supposedly paranormal cases in front of a live audience.
The show centres on six cases, ranging across hauntings, apparitions, poltergeist activity, UFO sightings and other unexplained experiences, while asking why humans remain so uneasy about what might be hiding in the dark.
Danny, Ciarán & Evelyn
Danny Robins leads the stories and investigation, joined by Dr Ciarán O’Keeffe representing Team Sceptic and Evelyn Hollow representing Team Believer. That believer-versus-sceptic balance is a big part of what makes Uncanny work: the cases are explored without forcing everyone into one neat explanation.

Running Time, Age Guidance & Content
Venue information for the theatre tour listed the show at around 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval, with a recommended age of 10+.
